* Advance appointments help ensure availability.
* We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we'll try our very best to accommodate every
  client. However, depending upon circumstances, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.

* We accept Cash, Checks, MasterCard and Visa.
* We do not accept out of state checks.
* We do not process gratuities on credit cards.

* For those who wish to show appreciation for a job well done, gratuity envelopes are available at the front
  desk when you check out. The industry average is 15% to 20% of the service fee.
* Gratuities are not included in gift packages unless specified in writing on the front of the gift certificate.
Gift Certificates

* Gift Certificates are available for all services.
* Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, but may be used toward other services and products.

* In consideration of others we kindly ask that you turn off your cellular phone while enjoying your salon services.
* Mason & Friends is a wireless access salon.

Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you feel you would be better served by another team
member or if you would like a fresh point of view, please let us know. We are a professional beauty team
and are pleased to have clients work with all members of our staff.
What if I need to cancel?

We request:

* 24 hour cancellation notice for spa services.
* 48 hour cancellation notice for bridal services.
* 4 hour cancellation notice for all other services.
* Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
I missed my appointment

Clients with two No-Show appointments within a one year period will be asked to pay with a credit card
when scheduling future appointments.
Can I return products?

* Skin care products that have not been opened may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
* Hair products may be returned for full credit within 14 days of purchase.
Wedding and Spa Day Deposits

* A $200 or 50% deposit, whichever is less, is required at the time of scheduling bridal services and multiple
  spa services.
* Individual no-shows will be deducted from the deposit.
* Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.
Children in the salon

* Children need to be supervised at all times while in the salon.
* If you are scheduled to be in the salon for a long period of time, we suggest young children not accompany you.
* Children are not permitted in the spa area.
Satisfaction Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service please notify us within one week of your service
so that we may make the appropriate accommodations.
